在两周前我的文章《今年夏天，你口译唯一的质变机会》推送后，有许多朋友来咨询什么时候开始，其实周一我们已经开始行动了。S童鞋的一点风格是先做后说，所以你看到我在公众号上逼逼些什么的时候，其实事情早就开始做了.

于是这两周你能看到一个壮观的景象。成长会交传小组有来自英国、美国和国内的成员，由于三个地区的时间差，每个人练习口译的时间不一样，于是你会看到一帮人刚刚睡觉，另一帮人就起来虐口译的场景。于是无论你什么时候打开群消息，一天24小时都有人在群里虐口译，时间线根本不会停息，7*24的口译全天候作战啊，你说你还好意思偷懒？

这种学习氛围你在互联网上是很难找到的，而成长会却聚集了一群行动力爆表的小伙伴。有道是，物以类聚嘛……可能你能在名师那得到点拨，但是要能拨的通你，背后却需要有大量的练习，从这个意义上练习再怎么强调也不为过。你是无法仅仅通过听课来提升的，听课只是让你听的爽而已，但是如果要运用，还得靠实战演练。成长会就是个成长演练场，交传小组就是交传演习场。

所以当有人问我零基础是否适合来的时候，我通常给这样的答案：我建议大家去找名师听课，你可以找一家你喜欢的风格。听完了以后就开始练习，你可以和我们一起练习，在练习中领悟成长。当然如果你喜欢和我们玩，又有学习力，不是伸手党，又能经得起虐，不会矫情和做作，假使你是全新未开封，那你可以来摔打。

其实我们也是从简单的开始，比如第一周我们是刷的三级口译实务第一单元，我们把总结的日志节选在下方，这是大家共同完成的成果，你可以参阅。这有的人可能会笑话弱，因为有的小组成员在日志上还注明了单词的音标，但是无所谓，因为持续行动加上复盘总结进步会很快，用不到两个月，进步就会很显著。因为成长都会有三个阶段，看不起，看不懂，看不到。
